LEI Companies, Inc. Announces Rex Wiederspahn, Vice President of Operations
Denver, CO. – December 12, 2014 – LEI Companies, Inc. (LEI) a Denver based commercial electrical contractor announced last week the addition of new Vice President of Operations, Rex Wiederspahn, LEED GA. In his new role, Wiederspahn will oversee and provide executive leadership for all LEI’s construction operations.
Wiederspahn has 45 years’ experience in the commercial electrical construction industry, running some of the region’s most prominent projects. Rex is heavily involved in the Construction Community having served with National ABC and ABC Rocky Mountain, DIA Partnership, Construction Legal Rights Foundation, AGC of Colorado, National Electrical Contractors Association, IECRM, CITC, and the Metro Denver Economic Development Council.

For over 32 years, Dan Gross has practiced construction law representing contractors, suppliers, sureties, owners, and design professionals on heavy highway, industrial and commercial building construction in both the public and private sectors. Dan is focused on bringing value to clients through his handling of complex claims and disputes in mediation, arbitration, and litigation before state and federal courts and administrative bodies, and federal Boards of Contract Appeals.
Dan services clients across the industry on a broad range of matters that range from the development of bid documents to the resolution of disputes. He also has an active Alternative Dispute Resolution practice and has served as a panel arbitrator in over 20 arbitration proceedings.
