IECRM Hosted its 6th Annual Holiday Party for its Students: Nearly 300 Students Attended

On Friday, December 9th, Independent Electrical Contractors Rocky Mountain (IECRM) hosted its 6th Annual Student Holiday Party. Nearly 300 of its electrical apprentices gathered at the Denver campus to celebrate the holiday season, network with peers, make-up missed classes, play tournament-style poker, and receive holiday gifts from the IECRM electrical training school and its partner sponsors. IECRM is the largest and most highly regarded IEC Apprenticeship Program in the U.S. with more than 1,350 students enrolled in the 2016-17 school year.

IECRM instructors attended and assisted with the event. Students received valuable door prizes that included various tools, tool kits, OtterBox cellular phone cases, and many more useful items suited for an aspiring electrical professional. Sponsored Gifts and Door Prizes

“The Student Holiday Party grows in popularity each year. IECRM apprentices and instructors get the chance to interact outside of the classroom environment in a fun and festive environment. This event also provides a great opportunity to showcase some of the tools used in the electrical industry and to build relationships between the next generation electrician and those tool manufacturers. Every apprentice walked away with gifts!” stated Paul Lingo, IECRM Training Director.

A special thanks goes out to the IECRM partners that made this event possible: premiere sponsor Easter-Owens who provided food and beverages, and generous prize sponsors CADDY, Federated Insurance, Greenlee, I-Pro, IDEAL Industries, Milwaukee Tools, Southwire, Spectrum Mobile, and Sprint for donating gifts to the IECRM apprentices.

IECRM holds a US Marine Corps Reserve Toys for Tots drive each holiday season and collects donations at its Denver location and at events. Toys for Tots is a charitable program that delivers gifts to economically disadvantaged children in the Denver area throughout the holiday season. IECRM extends a warm thank you to the individuals that donated toys this season!

The Annual Student Holiday Party is one event that allows IECRM the opportunity to give back to both its students and the community throughout the year.

We value our IECRM members and apprentice community. We encourage all apprentices to be enrolled in the four-year apprenticeship program, earning, and learning their way toward Journeyworker licensure. We encourage all members to utilize the member discount for tuition, books and applicable fees to ensure the long-term support and success of the next-generation electrician.

(Payment Plans are available, please reference the Self Pay Payment Plan Policy.)

Self-Pay Payment Plan Policy

We offer the following arrangements for students that are unable to pay in full at the time of registration.
