Refund Policy

REFUND POLICY

TRADE ASSOCIATION MEMBERSHIP DUES: Cancellations must be made in writing via mail or from an authorized company email account. A pro-rated amount may be issued upon the discretion of IECRM. IEC National dues are non-refundable. IECRM one-time processing fees for applications are non-refundable.

CAREER COLLEGE AND CONTINUING EDUCATION CLASSES: If a class is cancelled, a full refund will be given.  If the class is held and you do not attend, or cancel your registration within 72 hours before class, there will be no refunds.  If you are concerned about whether or not the class will be held, please contact our main office at (303) 853-4886 seventy-two (72) hours or more prior to the class date.

CREDITS/REFUNDS FOR BOOKS AND PRODUCTS: There will be no credits or refunds for book(s) and product(s) after the item(s) have been distributed and are in the possession of the student. Books and products are ordered based on registration. Should it become necessary to cancel a book and/or product order, a credit will be issued for the cost of the items less a 20% restocking fee.

CREDITS/REFUNDS FOR TUITION: There will be NO refunds for tuition after the second class. If cancellation is received prior to the second week of class, the full amount of tuition minus a $75 administrative fee will be credited toward future tuition expenses rather than returned as a check. Please submit in writing via email at info@iecrm.org. If a contractor would like a refund by check, a written request via mail or from an authorized company email account, must be submitted to the IECRM Office.

EVENTS: All cancellations with pre-paid fees must be made 10 business days prior to an event date in order to request a full refund. If an event is executed, and the participant does not show, there will be no refund issued.
